The minor league playoffs are in full swing and most teams are done for the year, and with that I want to go through and do post-season all-prospect teams. These aren’t all-star teams or a look at the best performers, but a look at the best prospects by position across each league, similar to what I did at the start of the season. I am not going to set hard and fast rules regarding eligibility but I am going to be looking for guys that spent a fair bit of time at a level.

Monday – Post-Season All-Prospect Team: International League
Tuesday – Post-Season All-Prospect Team: Pacific League
Wednesday – Post-Season All-Prospect Team: Eastern League
Thursday – Post-Season All-Prospect Team: Southern League
Friday – Post-Season All-Prospect Team: Texas League
